Must haves:
3+ years experience in creative marketing agency or agency recruitment
High care factor - a genuine desire to help others
Honest, open, friendly
Super organised with impeccable attention to detail
Great project management/administration skills – ability to multi-task
Excellent relationship management and business development skills
A background in any of the following disciplines: advertising, digital, direct, design, branding experiential and promotions
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Energetic, motivated and passionate
A team player but also can work autonomously
This is a very warm desk so while you will be busy reacting to constant business, you also need to have strong commercial awareness and an ability to develop and nurture great relationships with other top agencies.
You would be focusing on agency account management roles across all disciplines and all levels.
