We’re partnering with a highly regarded, award winning creative agency that’s doing genuinely exciting work across global FMCG brands in the food & beverage sector.

This is a standout opportunity for an Account Director who thrives on building strong client relationships while delivering high-quality creative campaigns end-to-end.

You’ll be working across a mix of shopper, experiential and integrated campaigns-so variety, pace and creativity are a given.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading day-to-day client relationships across key FMCG accounts

  • Driving campaign delivery from brief through to execution

  • Collaborating closely with creative, strategy and production teams

  • Managing budgets, timelines and ensuring commercial rigour

  • Bringing a proactive, solutions-focused mindset to everything you do

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience as an Account Director within a creative/agency environment

  • Exceptional client servicing skills - trusted advisor, not just a doer

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to keep multiple workstreams moving

  • Solid financial acumen (budgets, forecasting, profitability)

  • Experience across integrated campaigns (shopper / experiential / BTL ideal but not essential)

  • Someone who thrives in a lean, agile team and takes ownership
