This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the world's leading performance sports brands, helping drive growth across independent sporting retailers throughout Australia.
You'll combine business development, account management and community engagement to expand the brand's presence, build lasting customer partnerships and connect with the athletes and communities who inspire the business every day.

What you'll be doing:

• Grow and develop a portfolio of independent sporting retailers and specialty accounts.
• Build strong relationships with retail partners, store teams and key community stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive wholesale sales growth.
• Deliver engaging product training and support successful seasonal launches.
• Represent the brand at industry, sporting and community events.
• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities to increase brand presence and commercial performance.

About you:

• 2–3 years' experience in wholesale sales, retail, sporting goods or business development.
• A natural relationship builder who enjoys getting out in the market.
• Commercially minded with strong communication and organisational skills.
• Passionate about sport, fitness or performance brands.
• Comfortable managing a territory and travelling across Australia when required.
