The purpose of this role is to deliver clear, consistent brand strategy. Working closely with the Head of Marketing Communications and the Communications Manager, you will ensure key internal and external stakeholders experience the brand as one of Australia's leading and trusted aged care providers. You will jump in at the deep end, managing marketing campaigns, driving new initiatives and evolving creative for specific channels including social and website.

Key accountabilities will involve:

ยท Focus on establishing the brand by embedding consistent look and feel and tone of voice across all marketing assets

ยท Own and advocate brand guidelines and initiatives, building brand equityยท Developing integrated marketing campaigns, overseeing the creation of content for both traditional and digital communications including brochures, merchandise, photography and video

ยท Strengthening the brand positioning as one of Australia's most trusted aged care providers

ยท Understanding audience segmentation and research insights, content to be tailored and used across traditional and digital channels

ยท Develop branded assets to support internal employee engagement

ยท Develop compelling, accurate and engaging marketing assets to different stakeholders including customers (residents and families), referrers, local community, investors, potential employees and the broader public

ยท Agency management

This amazing role will suit a marketer with with 6+ years' experience in a marketing or brand design role. Strong capability in both marketing and branding is expected. Above all else, you will be a team player, flexible and adaptable, prepared to be accountable and take ownership of projects. It's fast paced with ever changing priorities.
