THE COMPANY:

Our client is a well known shopping centre with retail outlets across Australia & NZ. They are now looking for a Brand Experience Executive to join them on a contractual basis.

THE ROLE:

Reporting to the Brand Experience Manager the main responsibilities include:

  • Execute the communications/ content plan across owned, earnt and bought channels
  • Assist with the preparation and management of the annual centre Brand Experience income and expense budget
  • Manage key local & portfolio Brand Experience campaigns and assigned projects as agreed
  • Develop plans & execute (including timelines and budgets) for key centre campaigns
  • Provide input for the centres Brand Experience plan with a focus on retail energy, and local priorities
  • Work with agencies and external suppliers to deliver creative assets
  • Gain an understanding of the retail market and customer trends and share your findings
  • Carry out daily mall walks including standards review, engaging with shoppers and retailers and building relationships
  • Monitor in-Centre digital touch points to ensure they remain up-to-date and easy to use
  • Check digital channels on a daily basis to review overall shopper experience and respond to queries
  • Contribute to sales-driving category programs and supporting new & existing retailers and managing execution (including hoardings, VM, signage, digital channels and tactical activities
  • Gain an understanding of customers needs by analysing insights, listening tools and research data; recognise usage for informing plans and decisions

YOU:

  • The ideal candidate will have at least 2 -3 years experience in a marketing role (preferably retail, consumer or hospitality) or customer experience role
  • A marketing qualification is preferable
  • You will need to have skills in communication, brand management, customer experience/guest services, digital & social, media & PR, event management, research & analysis, negotiating
  • Attention to detail is a must and be able to understand consumer behaviour
  • The ability to adapt to a 7-day week environment
