Our client is a well-established organisation within the healthcare sector, delivering innovative solutions that support better outcomes and improved experiences across the industry.
They are currently looking for a Campaign Marketing Specialist to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a B2B environment, supporting a range of marketing initiatives that drive engagement, demand generation and business growth.
THE ROLE:
Reporting to the Growth Marketing Manager, this is a hands-on, end-to-end campaign role focused on delivering integrated B2B marketing activity across digital channels, content and events.
Key responsibilities include:
Planning, coordinating and executing B2B marketing campaigns across digital, email and content channels
Supporting both acquisition and retention campaigns, working closely with sales and product teams
Developing and delivering campaign content and collateral, including EDMs, presentations, case studies and event materials
Working closely with the events team to support large-scale conferences, trade shows and industry events, including pre-event promotion, on-site coordination and post-event follow-up
Managing campaign timelines, stakeholders and approvals across a complex, cross-functional environment
Supporting lead generation and lead management processes, ensuring visibility of follow-up and campaign impact
Monitoring and reporting on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation
Collaborating with internal teams (sales, product, digital, legal) and external agencies to ensure campaigns are delivered effectively
Supporting improvements across customer journeys, digital content and website experience
This role will suit someone who enjoys being hands-on, organised and able to manage multiple moving parts across campaigns and events.
YOU:
The ideal candidate will:
Have 3–5+ years’ experience in a campaign-focused marketing role
Bring experience within a B2B environment (healthcare, financial services or technology highly regarded)
Have strong experience delivering digital-led campaigns, including email and content
Have exposure to events marketing, ideally supporting larger-scale or corporate events
Be confident managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities in a structured environment
Have strong copywriting and content skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging messaging
Be comfortable working with data, reporting and lead tracking, with strong attention to detail
Be proactive, organised and able to work autonomously while collaborating across teams
