Are you a Content Specialist looking for a new and shiny role to kickstart 2022? Join a hugely ambitious complete packaging solutions business on a mission to be a global leader in their field. They produce and distribute printing, stamping and labelling equipment and consumable products used to run the equipment. This role is a hybrid, with office based time being from the recently renovated architecturally designed HQ office in Sydney!

The Content & Comms Lead will report to the Group Marketing Manager, a Leader who will take an active interest in your personal and professional growth. You will manage both the internal and external traditional and digital communications. A creative writer, with great copy writing skills for website copy, media releases, automation mailers et al, you'll embrace the variety that this role allows. Alongside the Manager, you will implement a tone of voice strategy for all brands, helping to guide the group brands through this next growth stage. Exciting stuff!

Key responsibilities will include:

  • management of social channels for all brands within the Group
  • management of hubspot, creating nurture campaigns for client acquisition & ongoing client engagement campaigns
  • management of the media calendar
  • creation of external comms - video production, media releases, social posts - the canvas is all yours so use your creative talent to engage target markets with relevant content
  • internal communications, including executing an internal comms strategy
  • supporting the execution of product releases
  • working with the Brand Lead to create brand campaigns, assets and artwork for advertising

This is a fantastic role with a rapidly growing business. You'll bring 3+ years content and communications experience, preferably having worked with marketing B2B enterprise solutions. Ideally, you will have managed a website's CMS platform (Big Commerce and Wordpress in a perfect world!) With the recent implementation of Hubspot, it would be great for the Content & Comms Lead to bring experience with automation platforms and experience of enhancing customer experience through content. You'll be an excellent builder of relationships, managing the external media houses, PR and marketing agencies. The ability to manage the advertising and communications calendars across both traditional communications and digital channels for each of the Group brands is essential. Needless to say, please bring your scrupulous attention to detail and excellent copy writing skills with you!
