We're looking for a 'Head of Social" to join a highly awarded creative agency in Sydney.
You will lead the agency's social and content offering across the full client portfolio which includes; automotive,QSR, and FMCG brands.
Leading a team of 3 you will be the social champion, working with internal strategists, creative teams and clients to build out the social and content offering of the agency.
As part of a cross functional team you will influence the upfront strategy, creative ideation and channel planning for each campaign, supporting your team to deliver against this. You will play a critical role in helping to shape the agency's direction and the quality of work that it makes.

What we need:
- At least 5 years' experience in social campaign planning and creation (including content)
- A passionate advocate for all things social with a deep knowledge of channels, audiences and best practice
- Solid knowledge of media/budget planning across paid social
- Prior agency experience - either in a digital/social first agency, or an integrated agency with a social offering
- Ideally some leadership experience - you will be responsible for the development of a team of 3
