Job description
THE COMPANY:
Our client partners with commercial lending businesses to accelerate growth, helping them generate demand, improve their sales pipelines and ultimately secure more loan approvals.
Working across a range of financial services brands, they provide support across marketing, operations and strategy to help their clients scale efficiently.
They are now looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join their team.
THE ROLE:
Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, this is a hands-on, fast-paced coordination role focused on delivering high-quality marketing activity across multiple brands.
Key responsibilities include:
Coordinating the end-to-end production and execution of marketing activity (copy, design, build, send and reporting) across campaigns
Ensuring timely and targeted delivery of communications and sales support content across channels
Managing and maintaining the content calendar, recommending topics aligned to business priorities
Supporting both retention and acquisition campaigns, particularly across broker and customer segments
Tracking and reporting on all marketing activity, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and to a high standard
Managing internal workflows and visibility across projects (e.g. via Jira/Monday.com or similar tools)
Coordinating internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure smooth delivery of all marketing initiatives
Supporting the execution of broader marketing plans across multiple brands within the group
Building strong relationships with the sales team, ensuring marketing effectively supports pipeline and revenue growth
This role is highly collaborative and will suit someone who enjoys keeping things organised, moving and delivering at pace.
YOU:
The ideal candidate will:
Have 1–2+ years’ experience in a marketing coordination or similar role
Be highly organised with strong planning and project management skills
Have excellent attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills
Be confident working across multiple projects and stakeholders at once
Enjoy working in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment
Be proactive, solutions-focused and able to keep things moving and on track
Build strong relationships both internally and externally
