THE COMPANY:

Our client is committed to creating growth for people and places through property and they're looking for a Marketing Executive for a contract.

THE ROLE:

Reporting to the General Manager - Brand & Marketing, the primary responsibility of the Marketing Executive is to assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns. Key responsibilities include the following:

  • Support the Marketing & Corporate Affairs function to manage all aspects of marketing

  • Assist in briefing and managing agencies and suppliers to deliver marketing assets including; collateral, display suite tools, signage, CGIโ€™s and animation, video and photography assets etc

  • Assist in the creation and management of content for various online and offline marketing channels and audiences 

  • Project manage the annual Awards including all stakeholder outreach, marketing materials, content development, co-ordination of judging panel, awarding of prizes, budgeting and post campaign analysis

  • Report on the performance of campaigns including digital and social analytics, conversion, ROI etc. across owned channels and paid media channels

  • Assist to develop the monthly content plan and maintain all digital and social channels, including corporate website, internal intranet, and social media channels

  • Support with the development of content for internal channels and forums

  • Maintain the integrity of the CRM to ensure compliance to data and privacy requirements

  • Help deliver Investor Forums, the Annual General Meeting, and Investor Roadshows, ensuring a cohesive brand experience and strong participation and engagement

YOU:

  • The ideal candidate will have a degree in Marketing or related field, plus 3+yrs of delivering marketing campaigns

  • Solid understanding of marketing, advertising, market research, consumer behaviour, marketing analytics 

  • Deep experience in digital and social channels

  • Strong organisational and project management skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to analyse data (digital, customer, media, PR, brand etc.) to develop insights and formulate post campaign analysis reports
