Marketing Manager

THE COMPANY:

Our client is in the property sector and they are looking for a Marketing Manager to help grow their business.

THE ROLE:

Reporting to the Director, the main responsibilities include the following:

• Create strategic marketing goals to help support the business
• Help develop brand awareness across sales & the property management departments
• Manage the personal brands of individual agents to help support their growth in the market
• Develop marketing activities & create campaigns to support the business goals across various channels including: social media, print & local community events etc.
• Manage various stakeholders both internally & externally

YOU:

• The ideal candidate will have a tertiary qualification of Marketing, Events and or similar degree and experience in developing and executing marketing strategies and brand awareness
• Experience in residential real estate is desirable
• The ability to work independently is a must and the ambition to drive and challenge yourself is essential
• A keen interest in the real estate sector and a willingness to cross-skill/share your marketing expertise
