With a strong reputation for delivering expert advice and tailored solutions, they support clients across a diverse range of industries. They are now looking for a Marketing Manager (Metro / Regional) to join their team on a permanent basis.
  
THE ROLE:
  
Reporting to the SVP, Global Marketing Operations & International Business Units, you'll be responsible for delivering integrated marketing campaigns that support business growth across the Metro and Regional distribution channels.
  
Working closely with local and global stakeholders, you'll execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, email, web, social and content, ensuring activity aligns with both global strategy and local market priorities.
  
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Planning and delivering integrated marketing campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels.
  • Developing and executing marketing initiatives that generate qualified leads and support sales pipeline growth.
  • Creating and localising campaign content across email, web, digital and social platforms.
  • Working collaboratively with senior stakeholders, distribution leaders and external agency partners to deliver marketing activity that drives commercial outcomes.
  • Managing campaign schedules, budgets and delivery timelines.
  • Monitoring campaign performance, analysing results and making data-driven recommendations to optimise future activity.
  • Ensuring all marketing activity aligns with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
YOU:
  
To be successful in this role you'll bring:
  • Around 5+ years' experience in a marketing or campaign management role, ideally within a B2B environment.
  • Proven experience delivering integrated digital marketing campaigns from strategy through to execution.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and experience working across global and local teams.
  • Experience across digital marketing, content, social media, email marketing and lead generation.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance and ROI.
  • A relevant qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing or a related discipline.
  • Previous experience within Insurance or Financial Services will be highly regarded, although not essential.
