We’re partnering with a fast-growing health & nutrition brand at a pivotal point in its journey - evolving into a bold, culture-led DTC business with strong long-term ambitions.

We’re looking for a commercially sharp, hands-on marketing leader  ideally a Senior Marketing Manager ready to step up, or a Head of Marketing who still enjoys being close to the work.

This is not a role for someone who wants to sit too far from execution.

You’ll own the entire marketing function  spanning strategy, performance, brand, execution and team leadership and play a critical role in driving the next phase of growth.

You’ll be responsible for:
  • Building and executing a clear 12–24 month growth roadmap
  • Driving profitable customer acquisition, retention and revenue growth
  • Leading paid media and performance marketing across core digital channels
  • Owning product launches and campaign execution end-to-end
  • Developing ambassador and affiliate programs
  • Building strong reporting, dashboards and performance accountability
  • Translating brand vision into scalable, commercially effective marketing systems
  • Developing and leading a small, high-performing marketing team
This role will suit someone who is equally comfortable setting direction at a strategic level and rolling up their sleeves to make things happen.

What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience in DTC / eCommerce marketing
  • Strong capability to scale a growing consumer brand
  • Deep expertise across digital marketing, performance and brand building
  • Highly data-led, commercially minded and growth-oriented
  • Confident interpreting retention, cohort and performance data
  • Experience with Shopify and Klaviyo is highly regarded
  • Comfortable guiding creative, content and testing frameworks
  • A collaborative, low-ego leader who enjoys building alongside the business
  • Someone who thrives in a founder-led, fast-paced environment
  • Willing to challenge thinking, take ownership and drive outcomes
