THE COMPANY:

Our client is a non-profit membership organisation and their vision is to create better managers and leaders for a better society and they are looking for a Survey Administration Coordinator.

THE ROLE:

This role is to provide the Corporate Member clients & Research Analytics clients with excellent service and will be liaising directly with clients where appropriate.

The main responsibilities will include the following:

  • Answer phone calls from inbound numbers and reply to related emails
  • Assist with login issues
  • Enter orders into Salesforce
  • Send invoices and faciliate payment
  • Send login details and hard copies to customers
  • Follow up on data contributions
  • Monitor contributor/revenue levels and generate weekly/monthly reports to update Sales & Marketing teams
  • Ensure order processing systems/procedures are efficient
  • Assist wtih the production of the survey, including download, clean and analyse data to produce results and update report templates with new data

YOU:

  • The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a reserach capacity, managing national surveys, analysing data and providing results
  • You will need to be articulate and have a high attention to detail
  • The ideal candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills
