    Marketing Activation Manager

    THE COMPANY:

    Our client was founded on an innovation that began with the design, manufacturing and sale of reverse vending machines and has been collecting empty beverage containers for more than 40 years. Their mission is to be a leader in the resource revolution by providing smart solutions for optimising our resources.

    THE ROLE:

    The Marketing Activations Manager will report to the Marketing Director and is responsible for assisting with the development, execution and measurement of all offline marketing, brand marketing activity and marketing operation requirements.

    This is a retail marketing style role that is challenging and in a fast paced environment. The main responsibilities include the following:

    - Responsible for the marketing and communications plan, develop, execute and report metrics across mainstream media, PR, print and promotional BTL activities
    - Manage the design, artwork and print of all recycling sites and venue signage
    - Maintain relationships with external agencies and key suppliers
    - Develop POS copy, print marketing collateral and press releases and input on website content
    - Implementation of a new global brand positioning and creative direction in Australia
    - Liaise with key stakeholders in the Return and Earn Scheme and joint venture partners

    YOU:

    - You will have tertiary qualification in Marketing and ideally Business as well as a minimum of 5 - 6 years B2C Marketing experience with major brands
    - Experience in a fast paced retail marketing environment
    - You will need to have developed signage for retail style environments and created design and artwork for print and POS
    - Managed events and have experience of leveraging sponsorships
    - End to end campaign management for ATL and BTL activities and the ability to write copy across various platforms
