    Campaign Marketer - B2B/E - rapidly growing tech company

    Are you a Marketing Campaign Manager who is in-between roles at the moment or are you looking to dip your toes into a new industry to see if it feels right? If so, this 2 - 3 month opportunity, with a strong possibility of moving into something more permanent may be quite attractive to you. Reporting into the VP Marketing, who is all about collaboration and empowerment, you will take ownership of driving lead generation, customer engagement and retention using Marketo.

    This is a role for a smart email campaign marketer - your craft is creating emails, landing pages, and SMS that are targeted, relevant and on brand. You are passionate about precise campaign flows, smart campaigns, meaningful reporting and of course, generating marketing leads.

    No 2 days are the same at this rapidly evolving company, you will be flexing your campaign management experience by:
    - reviewing current Marketo campaigns and workflows & identifying gaps
    - being the inhouse Marketo guru and working collaberately with other campaign leads to ensure seamless campaign logic and workflows
    - creating and owning the email marketing calendar
    - building automated campaigns, emails, landing pages, and forms in Marketo
    - monitoring and reporting campaign performance, producing reports and regular dashboards to measure and report on
    - purchasing third-party lists
    - being the inhouse Marketo guru and working collaberately with other campaign leads to ensure seamless campaign logic and workflows

    This role is a great opportunity to get your sleeves rolled up and stuck in from day dot. You will be well supported by your team but will be given the autonomy to make this role your own. You will bring expertise in Marketo, demonstrating experience in setting up complex multi-series automated campaigns that leverage filters, triggers, and segment. You will have sound experience using CRM platforms; preferably salesforce.com and a good understanding of HTML. This is a B2B role, suiting a marketer with 3+ years experience quite likely held in a tech or fintech start up. Bringing excellent project management and communication skills to the role is essential as you will be dealing with a lot of internal and external stakeholders but equally important, is bringing a great sense of humour and a positive, hands on approach.
