    Account Manager - Fashion/Retail

    As an Account Manager you are keen to learn new disciplines, strive for more, and enjoy working as part of a passionate, collaborative team.

    You will be responsible for the day-to-day operational project management of your campaigns, supervised by an Account Director that will mentor you.

    Key Responsibilities:-

    - Build a thorough understanding of your client’s business and category
    - Keep jobs on track against timelines, ensuring jobs are opened with correct and comprehensive detail, coordinating estimate approvals
    - Liaise with studio regarding artwork and print production, specifications, costs and timings: leading the studio roll-out being the interface between studio, creatives and the client for final approval
    - Assist in managing all production with relevant producers from estimation to client delivery
    - Financial management with client, capturing all costs and spread sheet management.
    - Prepare internal WIPs and client meetings, write minutes after each meetings. Keep and classify on server all key documents during the whole life cycle of the projects
    - Prepare internal briefings sessions, ensuring all briefs are accompanied by the correct paperwork/information
    - Think ahead, anticipate issues along the process to ensure maximum efficiencies and objectives are met
    - Be curious about retail trends and fashion industry
    - Contribute to a collaborative, professional team culture
    - Utilise agency resources appropriately and efficiently
    - Adhere to internal/agency process

    Required skills:-

    - You must be able to work independently, yet as part of a team
    - You are highly organised with strong attention to detail, but also show strong passion and determination to achieve desired results
    - You are curious, and like to stay on top of trends and innovation, with a good culture of the retail industry
    - You are a team-player and can work with many different people and skillsets, to bring out the best in everyone around you
    - You have a good knowledge of content creation and process, this includes studio or production across print/digital/onscreen production, and ideally media and social media
    - You are dynamic and driven to create outstanding communications and campaigns, particularly in the fashion, dining and lifestyle categories
    - You have great project management skills and can manage many tasks at a time
    - 2 - 3 year’s experience required in a marketing position within PR, advertising, brand, partnerships or integrated communications agency. Experience in retail or fashion is a plus
