Our client is a well known shopping centre with retail outlets across Australia & NZ. They are now looking for a Brand Experience Executive to join them on a contractual basis.


Reporting to the Brand Experience Manager the main responsibilities include the following:

  • Develop, curate and execute local implementation of the centre's digital strategy to deliver customer-focused needs across owned and paid channels in conjunction with the Brand Experience Manager
  • Provide inputs for the centres Brand Experience Plan with a focus on retail energy, vibrancy & support, and local priorities and pillars/programs
  • Develop plans & execute for key centre activations, promotions and community initiatives
  • Assist with the preparation and management of the annual centre Brand Experience income and expense budget
  • Work with agencies and external suppliers
  • Gain an understanding of customer's needs by analysing insights, listening tools, and researching data


  • The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years in a marketing/brand role & a qualification in a marketing related field
  • Demonstrated experience within a marketing role, where you've had exposure to brand management, digital & social media, event management, and public relations
  • You must have excellent communication skills, the ability to make decisions & have a customer centric mindset
