THE COMPANY:
Our client is one of Australia’s most iconic skincare brands, known for their commitment to trust and quality. Their mission is to empower people by helping them understand what their skin needs to stay healthy. They are currently seeking a Marketing Communications Manager for a contract role.
THE ROLE:
Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), the key responsibilities include:
Leading and developing the brand and marketing strategy.
Evolving the brand’s positioning to drive awareness and engagement, with a focus on emerging and trending channels.
Planning and executing Go-To-Market strategies for new product launches (NPD).
Creating and delivering training and informational materials for the internal franchise network.
Developing and implementing national Marketing, PR, and media campaign strategies across all areas of the brand.
Managing agency and supplier relationships to ensure effective collaboration.
Analysing campaign performance to identify successes and areas for improvement while managing the marketing budget.
Overseeing the brand’s marketing calendar, ensuring timely execution and alignment with stakeholders.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with beauty and lifestyle media, including influencers.
Delivering monthly marketing plans, from initial briefs and copywriting to in-store and online delivery, all aligned with brand guidelines.
YOU:
The ideal candidate will have:
At least 5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field, preferably within the retail or beauty sectors.
A tertiary qualification or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
A proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns and Go-To-Market strategies for new product launches.
Experience in managing brand positioning and ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including expertise in copywriting and storytelling.
