What we're looking for;

• Established AD with 5 + years' agency experience

• Experience working across corporate accounts - i.e financial services, insurance, professional services

• Integrated experience - strategy, brand and customer value prop, CRM, digital, content, advertising - Coaching approach to team leadership

• A great relationship builder, someone with relational intelligence and high EQ

• The ability to work flexibly and cohesively across multiple channels/clients

• Strong financial and budget management experience

• Proactivity, with an appetite to deliver great work

• Collaborative, supportive and kind
