This is an exciting opportunity for an Account/Project Director to join an award-winning, independent creative agency.
Key to this role is your ability to lead experiential initiatives for prestigious global brands.
You'll manage and support all aspects of projects and campaigns, collaborating with digital, strategy, production, and creative teams.
Responsibilities will include overseeing team performance to ensure excellence, working closely with department leads on workflow and resource management, and supporting the agency's vision and culture.
Key requirements:-
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Clearly communicate client's objectives with colleagues/stakeholders to drive effective creative solutions
Strong financial and commercial acumen
Demonstrated ability to grow accounts
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Thrives in a fast paced environment
A great problem solver & multi-tasker
Experience in managing people and teams
Able to travel interstate at least 1- 2 times per month
Previous agency experience with a strong retail/experiential background is required, as well as an understanding of shopper/promotional marketing.
