Job description
An exciting opportunity to deliver experiential campaigns - activations, events, pop-ups, roadshows, sponsorships and sampling for well-known global FMCG brands - bringing campaigns to life in real-world environments.
You’ll manage projects end-to-end, ensuring timelines, budgets and quality standards are met, while contributing across creative, strategy, planning and production.
This is a hands-on role combining client partnership with campaign delivery.

Key Responsibilities Client Management
- Build trusted, day-to-day relationships with clients
- Understand objectives and translate them into clear briefs
- Present concepts, proposals, budgets and campaign results
- Coordinate internal teams (creative, production, logistics) and external partners
- Manage timelines, WIPs, budgets and project status updates
- Support proposals, scopes of work and cost estimates
- Track budgets and monitor profitability
- Identify opportunities to grow accounts and revenue
- Be hands-on onsite during activations and events
- Manage suppliers, setup and pack-down
- Ensure delivery meets brand and agency quality standards
