Account Manager - Events

Job description

An exciting opportunity to deliver experiential campaigns - activations, events, pop-ups, roadshows, sponsorships and sampling for well-known global FMCG brands - bringing campaigns to life in real-world environments.

You’ll manage projects end-to-end, ensuring timelines, budgets and quality standards are met, while contributing across creative, strategy, planning and production.

This is a hands-on role combining client partnership with campaign delivery.

Key Responsibilities Client Management
  • Build trusted, day-to-day relationships with clients
  • Understand objectives and translate them into clear briefs
  • Present concepts, proposals, budgets and campaign results
Project & Campaign Managemen
  • Coordinate internal teams (creative, production, logistics) and external partners
  • Manage timelines, WIPs, budgets and project status updates
Commercial & Financial
  • Support proposals, scopes of work and cost estimates
  • Track budgets and monitor profitability
  • Identify opportunities to grow accounts and revenue
Execution & On-Ground Management
  • Be hands-on onsite during activations and events
  • Manage suppliers, setup and pack-down
  • Ensure delivery meets brand and agency quality standards
