Brand Lead needed now! Join a hugely ambitious complete packaging solutions business on a mission to be a global leader in their field. They are well on their way, having experienced 10 x growth in the last 5 years. Their machinery, inks, foils, services and unique coding help start ups through to global leaders bring their brands to life. They now want to share their state of the art products and services with the world. Current offices are in Australia, NZ, Europe, USA and Asia. This role is a hybrid, with office based time being from the recently renovated architecturally designed HQ office in Sydney.

Reporting through to the Group Marketing Manager, a Leader who will take an active interest in your personal and professional growth. You will work alongside a great team of product specialists and the communications lead to visually communicate with current and potential customers. Primary focus for the Brand Lead is responsibility for executing the visual brand experience for the businesses group of brands. Asset management, brochures, clients kits, event management - you will create consistency, delivering the wow factor.

Your day to day activity will be varied and fun. Key activity will include:
* creation and management of assets, from brochures to videos
* management and execution of style guide for the group
* designing events, stands and offline customer experiences
* designing sales tools and presentations to support the sales team and account managers
* working closely with the marketing and product specialists to design advertising campaigns for all traditional and social platforms and for the eCommerce platform
* supporting the execution of product releases

This is a fantastic role with a rapidly growing business. In order to jump on board, you'll bring 3+ years experience with brand design. Experience in creating group brand consistency is critical. Qualifications in design or a related field would be amazing as a good component of the role is design and bringing the brand to life. Previous experience developing traditional and digital assets would be really valued as would experience with trade shows and events. Finally, bring your scrupulous attention to detail!
