THE COMPANY:
Our client is the organising body responsible for delivering a major international women’s football event in Australia in 2026. They are now seeking a Campaign Manager for a contract role.
THE ROLE:
Reporting to the GM, Marketing, you will lead the execution and optimisation of high-impact, multi-channel marketing campaigns. Key responsibilities include:
• Deliver end-to-end integrated media campaigns aligned to performance goals and timelines.
• Drive campaign WIPs with media and creative agencies, ensuring clear ownership, milestones, and optimisation plans.
• Support the team in delivering key campaign moments with partners and stakeholders.
• Execute paid media activity across paid social, SEM, programmatic, display and digital channels.
• Ensure creative and messaging are optimised for performance, aligned with brand guidelines, and tailored to target audiences.
• Monitor KPIs across acquisition, engagement and conversion, applying real-time optimisation to maximise ROI.
• Lead A/B tests, audience segmentation and conversion rate initiatives.
• Work with the Digital Marketing Manager to shape the CRM strategy, leveraging audience insights to enhance paid media targeting and messaging.
• Manage relationships with creative and media agencies, ensuring delivery against scope, budget and quality.
• Collaborate with external partners (including host cities and sponsors) to develop joint marketing activity that extends campaign reach.
• Support budget tracking, production oversight and cost reconciliation.
• Provide regular reporting with data-led insights and recommendations to inform future media strategy.
ABOUT YOU:
You will ideally bring a degree and 8+ years’ experience, preferably from an agency background with:
• Strong expertise in performance marketing, media buying and digital analytics.
• Proven success delivering paid media and CRM campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing agencies and working with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, presentation and project coordination skills.
