This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with a dynamic portfolio of clients, training and guiding them to improve lead generation performance across paid channels.

Key requirements:-
- Coach clients on conversion-focused digital advertising strategies across Meta Ads & Google Ads
- Run 1:1 consulting sessions analysing campaign metrics and advising optimisation actions
- Translate performance data into clear, practical insights clients can actually implement
- Support workshops and deliver breakout coaching sessions
- Help clients set up and manage campaigns built specifically for website lead generation
- Improve retention by helping clients understand what the numbers are telling them

You’ll likely have:-
- Hands-on experience building and managing Meta Ads & Google Ads campaigns for lead generation
- Strong understanding of campaign metrics and how they connect (CTR, CPC, CVR, CPA, LTV etc.)
- Confidence interpreting reporting data and recommending optimisation strategies
- Experience explaining performance insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Understanding of landing pages and nurture sequences designed to convert ad traffic
- Experience in organic social or brand marketing is welcome but you must now be comfortable operating in a performance-driven environment.

- Prefer measurable results over creative opinions
- Like helping others understand complex things simply
- A natural communicator and presenter
- Interstate travel required (1 week in every 6 - 8 weeks)
