They are now seeking an Ecommerce Digital Specialist to join their team.

THE ROLE:

Reporting to the Web Platform and SEO Manager based in London, this role sits within the Global Head Office in Sydney and works closely with the wider digital team in the UK.

The company operates multiple international websites, so the position involves regular collaboration across different markets and time zones.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day website merchandising and product placement across several global sites.
  • Analyse sales and site performance data to inform decisions on product positioning and featured content.
  • Update homepages and key landing pages in line with performance insights and marketing campaigns.

  • Review search performance to ensure the right product mix is surfaced for each region.
  • Support monthly planning, campaign launches and trading calendars using Monday.com.
  • Maintain clear, consistent communication with stakeholders across Sydney and London.
This role is focused on digital performance and website merchandising, rather than high-level strategic development.

  • Confident interpreting Google Analytics and sales/performance data to guide decisions.
  • Comfortable taking ownership of tasks while collaborating effectively across different time zones.
  • Flexible with working hours, one day per week may involve a later start and finish (to be confirmed).
  • Strong communication skills, highly organised, proactive and self-motivated.
  • Experience managing multiple markets or large SKU environments would be an advantage
