Digital Marketing Manager

Job description

This leading healthcare provider is looking for an experienced Digital Marketer that is passionate about creating meaningful patient experiences.

You’ll report to the Head of Marketing and will be part of a high-performing team committed to improving healthcare outcomes through smart communication and innovative digital solutions.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and execute a compelling digital marketing and communication strategy focused on patient engagement

  • Create content that informs and inspires across blog posts, social media, email, web, and more

  • Build and optimise automated journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud

  • Own and manage multiple CMS-driven websites

  • Support the launch of new healthcare centres and services

  • Collaborate with external agencies to amplify brand reach

  • Analyse and report on campaign performance to inform future activity

What you’ll bring:

  • 5+ years of customer marketing experience, ideally within health, services, or retail

  • A strong grasp of digital tools – including CRM, CMS, and Canva

  • Excellent copywriting skills with an eye for tone, clarity, and audience impact

  • A proactive mindset with excellent organisation and time management

  • A team-first attitude, willing to pitch in and adapt as needed

  • A current driver's licence is essential. There will some travel interstate (Melbourne, Brisbane, Gold Coast)
