Digital/ CRM Specialist

THE COMPANY:

Our client is one of Australia's first class sporting brands and they are looking for a Digital/CRM Specialist to help them out on a contract basis.

THE ROLE:

Reporting to the General Manager, Marketing & Communications the main responsibilities include the following:

• Support the Marketing Manager & Commercial team to deliver customer first segment-led integrated campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social & SMS, across the different product & brand offerings
• Help grow and engage with the existing fan base and take
  charge of the CRM database planning and implementation
• Successfully set up and deploy eDM campaigns
• Ensure CRM & Social messaging aligns to the wider brand
• Manage the website and social channels, including SEO, content, and community management
• Identify organic and paid acquisition opportunities to grow the website, CRM database and social channels
• Own the CRM KPIs - i.e., open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, AOV and LTV
• Work to ensure all CRM activity is scheduled & in line with key periods for the business
• Report on campaign results, conduct analysis on behavioural and
  transactional data to find key insights
• Maintain the health of the CRM database with regular segmentation
• Share customer-lead insights with the partnership team
• Assist with internal comms, including intranet updates, webinars and eDM send outs

YOU:

• The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years experience in a digital marketing, CRM role managing email and social campaigns and building CRM lifecycles
• You must be proficient with Google Analytics, Data Studio & the CMS platforms - Braze, Acoustic & Sitecore
• Strong project management and commuincation skills including copywriting
• A passion for sport is desirable
