E-Retail & E-Concession Coordinator

THE COMPANY:
We are proud to be partnering with Dior, a global leader behind some of the world’s most iconic fragrances. With beautiful offices in the heart of Sydney CBD, they have a high-performing and collaborative marketing and ecommerce team and are now looking for an E-Retail & E-Concession Coordinator to join them on a 12-month contract.
  
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build their experience in ecommerce while working across major online retail partners in Australia and New Zealand.
  
THE ROLE:
Reporting to the Assistant Online Account Manager, the main focus of this role is to support the execution of the e-Retail strategy across AU & NZ, ensuring retailer websites are accurate, campaigns run smoothly and the brand maintains strong digital visibility across online partners.
  
Day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Managing product catalogue updates across retailer sites, ensuring accuracy, enrichment and consistency

  • Maintaining strong attention to detail and process discipline, including SKU setup, content accuracy and asset versioning

  • Acting as a key point of contact for e-retail partners (e.g. Myer, Sephora, David Jones), supporting day-to-day coordination

  • Managing asset and content delivery, including adapting and briefing central assets for retailer use

  • Supporting campaign execution through retailer briefs, ensuring correct product visibility and compliance

  • Monitoring brand and competitor activity across retailer platforms

  • Supporting digital trade execution, including checking campaigns, placements and overall brand presence

  • Managing multiple stakeholders, timelines and updates with strong organisation and operational agility

ABOUT YOU:
This role will suit someone with around 2–4 years’ experience in e-Retail, digital marketing or online operations, who enjoys the operational side of ecommerce and working with online retail partners.
  
Ideally you will have:

  • Experience working with eCommerce platforms, retailer portals or content management systems (CMS)

  • Experience managing product content, digital assets or online catalogue updates

  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail

  • A proactive and solutions-focused approach

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work with multiple internal teams

  • Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint for reporting and tracking

  • Experience with Photoshop or Adobe tools for resizing assets would be beneficial
