Job description
THE COMPANY:
We are proud to be partnering with Dior, a global leader behind some of the world’s most iconic fragrances. With beautiful offices in the heart of Sydney CBD, they have a high-performing and collaborative marketing and ecommerce team and are now looking for an E-Retail & E-Concession Coordinator to join them on a 12-month contract.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build their experience in ecommerce while working across major online retail partners in Australia and New Zealand.
THE ROLE:
Reporting to the Assistant Online Account Manager, the main focus of this role is to support the execution of the e-Retail strategy across AU & NZ, ensuring retailer websites are accurate, campaigns run smoothly and the brand maintains strong digital visibility across online partners.
Day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Managing product catalogue updates across retailer sites, ensuring accuracy, enrichment and consistency
Maintaining strong attention to detail and process discipline, including SKU setup, content accuracy and asset versioning
Acting as a key point of contact for e-retail partners (e.g. Myer, Sephora, David Jones), supporting day-to-day coordination
Managing asset and content delivery, including adapting and briefing central assets for retailer use
Supporting campaign execution through retailer briefs, ensuring correct product visibility and compliance
Monitoring brand and competitor activity across retailer platforms
Supporting digital trade execution, including checking campaigns, placements and overall brand presence
Managing multiple stakeholders, timelines and updates with strong organisation and operational agility
ABOUT YOU:
This role will suit someone with around 2–4 years’ experience in e-Retail, digital marketing or online operations, who enjoys the operational side of ecommerce and working with online retail partners.
Ideally you will have:
Experience working with eCommerce platforms, retailer portals or content management systems (CMS)
Experience managing product content, digital assets or online catalogue updates
Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
A proactive and solutions-focused approach
Strong communication skills and the ability to work with multiple internal teams
Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint for reporting and tracking
Experience with Photoshop or Adobe tools for resizing assets would be beneficial
This is a great opportunity for someone who is curious, proactive and keen to continue building their career in ecommerce within a supportive and high-performing team.
