THE COMPANY:

Our client is a well-regarded customer engagement platform dedicated to helping brands create meaningful, long-term relationships through impactful experiences. They are currently seeking a part-time Events and Marketing Coordinator for a contract position.

THE ROLE:

Working closely with the Regional Marketing Lead, this is a varied and hands-on position where you’ll play a key role in delivering successful B2B marketing events. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
  • Supporting the end-to-end planning and execution of events - from sourcing venues and managing suppliers, to coordinating logistics and processing invoices.
  • Overseeing the creation and delivery of event materials, including printed signage, branded merchandise, and digital content such as presentations and slideshows.
  • Assisting with on-site delivery: setting up, problem-solving on the day, and packing down afterwards to ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Managing event inventories and coordinating the shipment of materials as required.
  • Supporting marketing efforts around events by helping to plan and execute email, social media, and owned-channel activity pre- and post-event.
  • Tracking event attendance, gathering feedback, and assisting with reporting and performance reviews.
  • Acting as a liaison between vendors, internal teams, and stakeholders to keep everything aligned, on brand, and on schedule.
  • Supporting internal communications to keep the sales and customer success teams aligned on event goals and involvement.
  • Setting up and managing event registration pages and attendee communications to ensure a professional and seamless experience throughout.
  • Uploading attendee data post-event and maintaining accurate records of participation.
ABOUT YOU:

We’re looking for someone with:
  • 1–2 years’ experience in events and/or marketing coordination, ideally within a B2B environment.
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal – with strong attention to detail.
  • A proactive, organised mindset with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Splash, Asana, and Canva would be a plus.
  • A genuine interest in the tech sector and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
