You'll play a leading role in growing the agency's Brand business and continuing to build their reputation as a leading branding agency.
You will lead your team to create and deliver work that fulfils their strategic vision. You will be accountable for actively growing both existing and new client revenue and strategically leading and directing business and team development.
Key responsibilities
* Work with the CEO and Managing Director to develop a compelling offer to the market for the Brand team
* Grow existing and new client revenue
* Actively engage and present ideas and portfolio to key prospects and be perceived as the 'go to' branding authority in the marketplace
* Strategically lead and direct new business development for your team to achieve new business targets
* Achieve or exceed budgeted financial performance for the company
* Protect, grow and enhance the agency's reputation
* Drive a positive culture within the Brand team
* Develop and prepare strategic analysis for existing and potential client briefs
* Provide insight and direction that leads to outstanding creative product
* Actively participate as a senior member of the Management team
* Demonstrate strong leadership qualities
* Develop and lead direct reports
* Lead, motivate, inspire and provide clear directions for your team to optimise productivity levels
* Nurture and develop the capacity and capability of the team to match demand and achieve growth targets
* Actively always foster and promote company-wide collaboration on all projects and clients
* Demonstrate leadership around accountability for yourself, your team around all aspects of responsibilities for the agency
The ideal candidate would have significant years of brand agency experience from either a strategic and or client servicing background.
Your desire to lead, nuture and grow a team is essential, as is your commercial drive to develop and grow existing and new business.
