Junior Salesforce Marketing Specialist

THE COMPANY:
Our client is confronting one of the most common cancers head on, with an ambitious mission to triple survival rates by 2030 and significantly improve quality of life for those impacted by this devastating disease.

They are seeking a junior Salesforce Marketing specialist to support the team on a short-term basis (2–3 weeks) with an immediate start.

THE ROLE:
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this is a hands-on, junior-level support role focused on assisting with campaign execution and clearing a backlog of CRM marketing tasks.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Supporting campaign setup within Salesforce Marketing Cloud / Pardot
  • Cloning and updating existing automated email journeys (not building from scratch)
  • Managing workflow adjustments and automated sequences
  • Updating and attaching emails within pre-built journey flows
  • Making campaign updates for recurring fundraising initiatives (e.g. annual walk events – updating dates, headers and imagery)
  • Swapping assets and making basic creative updates (via Canva)
  • General campaign admin and “grunt work” to ensure smooth delivery and handover
This role is very much plug-and-play, ideal for someone confident in Salesforce who can jump in quickly and support the team during a busy period.

YOU:
To be considered, you must have:
  • Hands-on experience using Salesforce (Marketing Cloud and/or Pardot)
  • Proven experience working on automated marketing email journeys
  • Confidence cloning, updating and managing workflows within existing automation structures
  • Availability to start immediately
