Our client is a proudly independent cinema chain, championing both arthouse and mainstream film. Theyโ€™re on the lookout for a passionate and driven Marketing & Traffic Coordinator to join their dynamic creative team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a keen eye for visual storytelling and a genuine love of film.
  
THE ROLE:
  
This newly created position acts as a vital bridge between the creative and wider marketing teams. Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with internal and external teams to conceptualise and deliver visually compelling campaigns, presentations, and digital content that reflect and enhance the brand.

  • Contributing to marketing brainstorms across upcoming campaigns and film releases.

  • Ensuring all marketing activity adheres to relevant legal standards, including permits and copyright regulations.

  • Working closely with designers, copywriters, and project managers to ensure creative assets meet briefs, align with brand guidelines, and are delivered on schedule.

  • Supporting the roll-out of digital campaigns, including email marketing (EDMs), website events, and social media content.

  • Acting as a brand guardian, maintaining consistency in tone and appearance across all marketing touch points.

  • Managing the final delivery, organisation, and archiving of creative assets for seamless handover to internal teams and external partners.

YOU:
  
Youโ€™ll bring a relevant qualification in Marketing, along with experience in a marketing or project coordination role โ€“ ideally gained in a creative agency, studio, or in-house environment. Experience in digital marketing will be highly regarded.
  
Weโ€™re looking for someone who also offers:

  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator (preferred).

  • Proven experience managing campaign assets from concept to delivery.

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Experience using CRM platforms and social media management tools.

  • Excellent communication skills โ€“ both written and verbal โ€“ with a strong visual sensibility, particularly around layout, typography, and colour.
