This is an exciting opportunity to work for a successful independent creative agency with expertise in advertising, experiential marketing and display production.

The agency creates highly effective marketing campaigns for prestigious global brands in the FMCG, Retail &  Automotive sectors.

They are seeking an experienced Motion Designer who would be responsible for video and animation output, as well as leading the development of their motion design capabilities with their existing graphic design team. The ideal applicant would also have graphic design skills as this could equate to 30% of the role.

Key requirements is your ability to bring creative flair and conceptual thinking to life as well as execute work efficiently. The work will be a mix of animated and video asset development for social, VOD, TV as well as client and campaign hype reels & retailer engagement pieces.

You:-

  • Experience within an advertising or marketing agency is preferred

  • Knowledge of how to craft animated ads, structure & tell stories through video content. 

  • After Effects (Pro Level), 3D capability (ie Cinema 4D) as well as Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator. 

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to receive and build from feedback

  • Excellent time management and ability to coach and develop skills in others.
