Our client is a well-established Financial Advisory Consultancy with three distinct brands under its umbrella. They are seeking a proactive and organised Office Administrator to provide essential administrative support to the Managing Director and wider team.  This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy, professional environment where no two days are the same and where you'll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly.
 
The Role:
 
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient day-to-day running of the office and providing high-quality administrative support across multiple business areas.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing diaries and scheduling meetings (using Calendly and other tools)
  • Handling correspondence, filing, scanning, and post duties
  • Preparing meeting notes and organising online meetings
  • Liaising with clients and maintaining a professional, polite phone manner
  • Drafting and sending written communications when required
  • Managing internal systems and supporting documentation across four business entities
  • Assisting with general office coordination and ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time
You:
 
The ideal candidate will have:
  • 1-2 years' experience in an office administration or similar support role
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail
  • Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A professional and friendly phone manner
  • The ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to support a small but dynamic team
  • Comfort working on-site and engaging directly with the team and clients
