Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient day-to-day running of the office and providing high-quality administrative support across multiple business areas.

The Role:
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient day-to-day running of the office and providing high-quality administrative support across multiple business areas.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing diaries and scheduling meetings (using Calendly and other tools)
- Handling correspondence, filing, scanning, and post duties
- Preparing meeting notes and organising online meetings
- Liaising with clients and maintaining a professional, polite phone manner
- Drafting and sending written communications when required
- Managing internal systems and supporting documentation across four business entities
- Assisting with general office coordination and ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time
The ideal candidate will have:
- 2-3 years' experience in an office administration role within the financial sector
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail
- Must have worked on Xplan before or something similar
- Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
- A professional and friendly phone manner
- The ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive attitude and willingness to support a small but dynamic team
- Comfort working on-site and engaging directly with the team and clients
