Job description
This is an exciting opportunity to work for an award winning PR agency - boutique in size on a global consumer electronics brand. The agency has a very supportive, collaborative culture all driven to delivering exceptional PR strategies to meet their client's objectives. The role focuses on the management of the brand which includes multiple business categories, their budgets, resourcing and account profitability.
Key requirements include:
- Project managing multiple accounts, including managing your team and budgets
- Offering counsel to clients’ senior management
- Playing a central role in developing and guiding strategic communication plans
- Developing and build media relation strategies
- Responsible for helping to develop new business strategies and group goals
- Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of clients’ industry and sector
The ideal candidate would ideally need:
- Seven to eight years of marketing/PR/advertising agency experience or equivalent
- Previous experience establishing communications strategies and executing programs
- Well-developed knowledge of business practices/vendor relations; knowledge of specialty areas
- Expertise in technology and consumer technology communications, demonstrated ability to create and manage multiple budgets, delegate multiple clients’ assignments, supervise others, work with other Practices and offices
- Able to supervise contacts with suppliers, media and clients; maturity to lead independent client contact; understanding of what motivates the media
- Displays leadership skills
