THE COMPANY:

Our client is a national provider of design, print and marketing services offering bespoke solutions to their clients & they're looking for a Print Hub Account Manager to join their busy team.

As part of their fully integrated service model, they offer some of Australia's best-known brands in-house production solutions by providing dedicated skilled staff on-site.

THE ROLE:

Reporting to the State Manager, the main responsibilities include the following:

• Accountable for running the clients Print Hub model
• Manage all Print and Display requirements
• Work with and assist the Graphic Design Staff on the account
• Proactively contribute innovative ideas to drive additional savings and productivity
• Meet the clients contract requirements by identifying and documenting cost savings or cost minimisation activities
• Keep team members informed of activity within the client base
• Complete monthly sales reporting and daily forecasting as required
• Attend client meetings (WIPS) and relay client's needs to the various teams
• Troubleshoot client issues as they arise & maintain excellent relationships with internal client groups
• Responsible for ensuring all client expectations are delivered / responded to

YOU:

• The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a print environment or in a design/creative agency environment
• You must be able to provide evidence of process improvement and cost analysis expertise
• Solid understanding of print production processes
• Strong MS Office skills is a must & basic PhotoShop, Illustrator and InDesign skills is preferred
