Job description

The Company:
They are passionate about developing ambitious, future-ready students and are now looking for a Regional Sales & Partnership Manager to help drive student growth, build meaningful partnerships and open up new opportunities across Australia and key international markets.

The Role:
Reporting to the Global Director, School Growth & Partnerships, this is a hands-on growth role where you’ll take real ownership of building pipeline, creating opportunities and driving enrolments.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Owning and delivering enrolment outcomes for the Sydney campus.

  • Proactively driving student recruitment across both domestic and international markets.

  • Building and managing your own pipeline, from first conversation through to enrolment.

  • Taking a true business development approach, opening doors, creating opportunities and generating demand.

  • Having thoughtful, consultative conversations with families, students and partners to understand their goals and guide their decisions.

  • Clearly articulating what makes Westbourne different and why it’s a future-focused alternative to traditional schooling.

  • Building strong relationships and long-term advocates across parents, students, agents and key stakeholders.

  • Developing and growing partnerships with education agents, corporates, employer networks and referral partners.

  • Identifying new channels and partnership opportunities to support ongoing growth.

  • Spotting opportunities to increase student numbers across existing campuses and contributing to future expansion planning.

  • Representing the college at events, industry forums and networking opportunities.

  • Building connections with industry to support student exposure to real-world learning and career pathways.

  • Keeping CRM activity, forecasting and reporting up to date and managing your pipeline effectively.

  • Working closely with marketing, academic leadership and campus teams to support growth initiatives.

  • Negotiating partnership agreements and managing conversations with confidence and professionalism.

You:
This role would suit someone who enjoys the commercial side of education and genuinely loves building relationships and creating opportunities.

Ideally, you’ll bring:

  • Experience within education, EdTech, international schools or an education-related service or product.

  • A strong background in both B2C sales (enrolments) and B2B partnerships or business development.

  • A proactive, “hunter” mindset, someone who enjoys building networks and making things happen.

  • Confidence in creating opportunities rather than waiting for them.

  • Experience working across different markets (highly regarded).

  • Strong relationship-building and influencing skills.

  • The confidence to engage with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.

  • Excellent organisation, structure and a focus on results.

  • Resilience, energy and the ability to work in a fast-moving, growth-focused environment.

If you enjoy building partnerships, creating opportunities and being part of something that’s growing, this is a fantastic role where you can really make an impact. We’d love to hear from you.
