This successful independent agency is seeking an experienced Senior Account Director to lead marketing initiatives for blue chips brand in the financial service and/or corporate sectors.

  • The ideal candidate would have a strategic mindset. This entails understanding business strategy, supporting strategists within the organisation, and effectively articulating and selling in great work.

  • You'll also play a pivotal role in driving new business growth with existing clients, as well as having a strong financial and commercial mindset

  • You'll have extensive experience leading and managing integrated projects including initial strategy, brand and customer value proposition development, 1:1, digital, content, advertising, and communications programs.

  • Stakeholder management is also a critical aspect of this role, as well as day-to-day management of expectations and workflows with Marketing Managers and teams within the agency.

  • While there will be support from Account Managers, you'll also have the ability to mentor and assist in managing their workload and development

  • Previous agency experience and or related marketing experience is required

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills is a must, as well as your exceptional client relationship skills
