Senior Copywriter

THE COMPANY:

Our client is a dynamic creative agency, based in Melbourne. They deliver creatives that leave a lasting impression on people through high-impact work. They're looking for a Senior Copywriter to join their growing team!

THE ROLE:

Reporting to the MD & Creative Director the main responsibilities are the following:

• Manage copy briefs and establish creative direction across key projects, adapting strategic insights from creative briefs into persuasive copy concepts
• Develop creative strategies that are in-line with current media trends
• Ensure there are high levels of craft across visuals and layout design, and contribute to material details
• Maintain the brand tone of voice across all creative solutions
• Demonstrate a clear understanding of campaign objectives and devise strategies to achieve them
• Check all copy that is generated by team members and offer feedback
• Manage multiple projects & meet deadlines & budgets

YOU:

• The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 - 5 years copywriting experience, including commerical writing & ideally from an agency background
• You must be a creative thinker: able to create stunning content against tight deadlines
• You must be passionate & driven to produce the best work for your team, the agency and the client
• Knowlege of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
• Proven ability to demonstrate brand tone of voice & strong presentation and client service skills is a must
• The ability to plan and strategise high-profile projects
