With a strong reputation for delivering high-quality residential and mixed-use projects, they are now seeking a passionate, experienced, and creative Senior Marketing Manager to help elevate their brand and support future growth.

The Role:

Reporting to the Group Sales Manager, the Senior Marketing Manager will play a pivotal, hands-on role in shaping and executing the marketing vision across a diverse portfolio of developments. Youโ€™ll be responsible for planning, delivering, and optimising marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support sales performance.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior marketer who can hold their own, bring fresh ideas, and make a real impact within a dynamic property environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement compelling, multi-channel marketing strategies tailored to residential and mixed-use development projects, spanning digital, print, social media, and on-site activations.

  • Lead end-to-end campaign delivery from concept through to execution, ensuring consistency, high quality, and strong brand presence across all touchpoints.

  • Maintain and elevate brand integrity across marketing collateral, websites, project brochures, and display suites.

  • Manage launch events, display suite openings, community engagement initiatives, and other brand-building activities.

  • Partner closely with internal development teams, external sales agents, creative agencies, and media partners to ensure marketing efforts align with project goals.

  • Track KPIs, lead conversion, and ROI, providing insights and data-driven recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness.

About You:
To thrive in this role, youโ€™ll bring:

  • 7โ€“10 yearsโ€™ experience in marketing within the residential or mixed-use property sector, this is essential.

  • A genuine passion for property and an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with confidence and clarity.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence, guide, and collaborate with both internal and external partners.

  • A proactive, strategic mindset paired with creativity and commercial awareness.

  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business or a related discipline.

  • Technical capability across digital marketing tools, CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce), and creative platforms such as Canva or InDesign.

  • A data-driven approach, with strong analytical and project management abilities.
