Senior Marketing Manager - E-commerce / DTC

Job description

We’re partnering with a fast-growing, health & nutrition brand at a pivotal point in its journey - transitioning into a bold, culture-led DTC business with great long-term ambitions.
  
We’re looking for a commercially sharp, hands-on marketer - ideally a Senior Marketing Manager ready to step up, or a Head of Marketing who still loves being close to execution.
  
You’ll own the entire marketing function - strategy, execution, performance, brand and team.
  
You’ll be responsible for:

  • Building and executing a clear 12–24 month growth roadmap

  • Driving profitable customer acquisition and retention

  • Developing and leading a small, high-performing marketing team

  • Leading paid media and performance marketing across core channels

  • Owning product launches and drop campaigns end-to-end

  • Growing subscriptions, loyalty and lifetime value

  • Developing ambassador and affiliate programs

  • Creating strong reporting, dashboards and accountability

  • Translating brand vision into scalable marketing systems

  
This role suits someone who thrives in a dynamic team environment and is comfortable rolling up their sleeves to drive meaningful growth and strong commercial outcomes.
  
What We’re Looking For:-

  • Must have proven experience in DTC / eCommerce marketing

  • Experience and capability to scale a growing consumer brand

  • Deep understanding of performance marketing and brand building

  • Highly data-led and commercially minded

  • Confident interpreting retention, cohort and performance data

  • Experience working with Shopify and Klaviyo, a bonus

  • Comfortable guiding creative teams and testing frameworks

  • A collaborative leader and team player - no ego

  • Thrives in a fast-moving, founder-led environment

  • Willing to challenge thinking and take full accountability
