Social Media & Communication Specialist

THE COMPANY:

Our client professionally charters yachts around the world and their mission is to provide the world's most outstanding customer service in luxury travel. They are looking for Social Media & Communication Specialist to join their busy team.

THE ROLE:

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, the main responsibilities include the following:

• Manage all social media, generating fresh, creative and engaging content, while supporting the brand and strategic objectives
• Develop social media activities to help grow the Instagram & Facebook accounts including influencer partnerships, applying the latest trends & hashtag strategies
• Adapt writing style, voice and content across multiple platforms and brands
• Create content calendars in line with global marketing objectives
• Write blogs and other content when needed
• Organise content shoots & create weekly & monthly reports

YOU:

• The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years experience in a social media and communications role and have worked across platforms including Facebook, Instagram & LinkedIn
• You must have a strong understanding of social media, including organic trends & hashtags strategies
• Excellent Adobe Creative Suite and Canva skills and experience of using Facebook Creative Studio
• You will need to demonstrate your understanding of scheduling tools like Loomly, Hootsuite and Buffer
• You must have experience of creating a strategy for brand partnerships, collabs and competitions along with the execution
• Excellent communication skills both written & verbal are essential as well as have a strong analytical skill set
