Our client is a travel company, offering river and ocean cruises to travelers for their chance to experience the wonders of each and every destination, with specifically designed packages to suit their every need. They are looking for a Video Content Production Manager to join their busy team.


Reporting to the Global Marketing Strategy & Branded Content Director, the main priorities include the following:

  • Produce short-form and long-form video content including storyboard, scripts, supers, graphics and editing
  • Develop new content formats, such as podcasts, including scripts and editing
  • Create unique graphic treatments and formats for social media channels
  • Produce TVC's including CAD application and digital delivery
  • Book projects with external agencies when required
  • Digital Asset Management and video distribution channels (Wistia, Vimeo, YouTube), manage the Video Editor outputs to ensure they upload the content correctly
  • Assist with the planning and delivery of Film shoots
  • Drive creative idea generation for video programs
  • Help to develop the online TV channel, along with the global brand team, digital team and digital marketing agencies
  • Liaise with on board videographers, crew and staff to source footage from destination and ships for video edits and the library
  • Create a framework for videographer shoot plan for each voyage to ensure that the footage, stills and videos produced on board are aligned to marketing and operations requirements
  • Review videos produced by on board videographer for approvals and editing
  • Develop video master guidelines videos for global marketing programs


  • The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years' experience working for a television network, television channel, marketing agency or production company as an editor or producer
  • At least 3-5 years' experience creating video concepts for brands
  • Has the ability to create new video concepts, drive creative direction and understand how to weave the "brand experience" naturally into storylines as well as more overtly in TVCs and advertising
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting daily or weekly deadlines editing TV show promos, TVCs, news bulletins, television shows or corporate branded video content
  • Has a proven track record of being able to proficiently create scripts for other editors and edit from scrips created by senior producers
  • The role ideally suits an experienced editor who has some producing experience, or a producer who is looking to step up to a senior producer level but who is also proficient with video editing and all aspects of Adobe creative cloud
