Our client is a marketing consultancy for the property industry and they are looking for an AD to join their busy team.


Reporting to the Business Director, the main responsibilities include the following:

  • Manage the client Onboarding program roll out for all new clients
  • Look after client relationships to ensure project deliverables are achieved and leverage opportunities to strengthen relationships
  • Design and deliver projects and milestones using shared project management methodology
  • Analyse, interpret and add value to client needs through creating, writing and presenting accurate briefs whilst demonstrating strong brand, channel and marketing understanding
  • Be accountable for the experience, service quality and results of your portfolio of clients
  • Work with internal and external resources on strategy and creative development
  • Develop a strong level of knowledge in relation to your client businesses, brands and market segments
  • Drive strategy and research for your client's campaigns. You are able to present insight and recommendations to support your proposed media / comms plans
  • Manage the financial management of client accounts and their projects
  • Remain on top of all advertising or production deadlines and work with client contacts to get approvals on time and communicate with dispatch team to ensure approved artwork is provided to suppliers
  • Liaise with the Performance Analyst to ensure client reports are delivered and highlight key insights and strategic learnings
    Present results and reports to a variety of stakeholders internally and externally
  • Ensure all work is presented and delivered with a high level of professionalism and creativity
  • Work closely with your direct reports to ensure they have clarity around what success looks like in their own roles


  • The ideal candidate will a relevant university degree and at least 6+ years' experience in a similar role with a focus on client leadership
  • Proven team management experience is essential
  • Experience in advertising for the Residential or Commercial property market preferred but not mandatory
