Account Director - Creative Agency - FMCG/Lifestyle Brands

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Account Director that wants to work with a team of like-minded individuals to develop innovative and effective marketing solutions for a range of iconic consumer / FMCG brands.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years' experience in a creative agency (1-2 years as an Account Director)
• Shopper marketing, promotional and digital marketing background preferred
• Excellent brief development, management and execution
• Strong people engagement & management skills
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Financially astute and driven to drive positive results
• Ability to build strong client relationships

In this role, you'll be able to lead a team to success and develop strong talent that can grow with the agency. You must be able to manage change and times of uncertainty while maintaining a results-focused vision for your clients.
