Account Director - Customer Experience Agency

We're looking for an Account Director with integrated, corporate experience to join an independent customer experience agency here in Sydney.

This agency is strategy driven. They craft customer journeys, develop brands and create core propositions for some of the best known B2B brands in Australia.

We are looking for an established AD, someone that can partner with senior-level clients and offer counsel on strategic initiatives from brand origination to comms, digital, content, and events.

Capability and passion are a must, as is a desire to deliver the best work for yourself, your clients and the agency.

In order to be successful in this role, you must;

• Have 5+ years' client service experience within an agency - ideally working across a corporate client portfolio

• Demonstrate capability in managing comms projects from strategy to implementation

• Experience working alongside senior clients

• Demonstrate a high care factor and passion for your work and team

• Be positive and approachable - culture is critical to this agency
