This successful independent agency is seeking an Account Director with a strategic marketing mindset, strong project/campaign and client management skills.
An interest in both B2B/B2C marketing is preferred as well as a willingness to roll your sleeves up, with a drive to deliver effective strategies for your clients.
An interest or experience working in the Financial Services sector is certainly an advantage.
You'll work across integrated channels eg. digital, social, direct marketing, content, print.
Creativity is critical, but so is a strong commercial focus. The agency understands the impact marketing has on other areas of the business, that strategy comes first, middle and last, to underpin smarter business decisions and ultimately effective results.
Develop integrated marketing strategies, campaigns or activities, working with the broader team to push creative boundaries and deliver commercial results for clients.
End to end project management. You’ll make sure work is delivered on time and on budget, with the support of an experienced team
Client management. You will to get to know the client’s business inside and out, and make their business better.
A marketing background ideally from an agency environment
Exceptional client servicing experience. Clients get value every time they speak with you
Proven project management and execution skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and demanding clients while still delivering great work
Lead and support an Account Manager or Senior Account Manager
