Weโre looking for a talented Account Director to bring their client and project management expertise to create innovative campaigns for a leading global drink brand and several of the worldโs top retail brands. You'll work with multi-faceted accounts across various channels, including shopper marketing, retail activations, consumer promotions, and integrated brand campaigns.

As a seasoned Account Director, youโre proactive, adaptable, and driven to grow your clientโs business, consistently delivering beyond expectations. You thrive on change and are naturally skilled at spotting new creative and strategic opportunities for both clients and the agency.
You will work closely with a Senior Account Director to develop and execute marketing plans, ensuring all campaigns are on brief, on budget, and on time. You'll also mentor and support a team of Account Managers, overseeing the development, execution, and evaluation of all projects.
Clients will view you as their primary point of contact within the agency, trusting you to ensure their campaigns are strategically sound, creatively aligned, and flawlessly executed.
Key Qualifications:
Strong project management and multitasking skills across shopper, BTL, and integrated campaigns.
Proven leadership and people management experience in an agency environment.
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt and contribute to broader agency goals.
Strategic thinker focused on achieving client objectives.
Effective presentation skills suitable for diverse audiences.
Experience working in cross-agency or multi-agency environments.
Excellent financial management skills, including forecasting, reporting, and reconciliation.
Exceptional organisational and time management abilities, especially under pressure and tight deadlines.
Proficient in troubleshooting and issue resolution.
Creative, dynamic, and proactive in your thinking.
Comprehensive understanding of the industry.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
