You'll partner with some of the agency's blue chip brands in the travel, retail and automotive sectors.
As an Account Director, you'll manage a small team to develop both strategic and creatively led campaigns.
Able to build an open, honest, and trusting relationship with your client, the account management team, the creative department, strategy team and all other agency partners.
Demonstrate your contribution to the agency’s culture and sense of teamwork.
Partner with the Group Account Director and strategic leads on championing the brand strategy and how it connects to creative.
Confidence to lead a mixed discipline agency team in developing and delivering the highest standard creative.
Qualifications & Skills:
Previous creative agency account management experience with ATL /TTL skill set
Develop solid client relationships, anticipating their needs, and working through solutions
Have led and managed innovative creative solutions and campaigns
Strong strategic experience i.e., writing briefs, responding to queries, and engaging with confidence during high-level client conversations.
A great listener and communicator - able to move proactively and quickly.
Sound financial management skills.
